How high will I fly?

Our tours are always flown with a high regard for safety and community awareness. For both reasons, we fly at 2,000 feet above sea level. This helps to keep our noise level down for the local residents, and as a side benefit, provides you, our customers, with a great view.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, you can come in at anytime during our operating hours with varying wait times or you can call ahead to schedule a tour that day.

Can I schedule a tour online and pay at the time of the flight?

No, unfortunately, the online discounts only apply to pre-payments made online. You may call and schedule your tour at the non-discounted rates and pay at the time of the flight.

I have an emergency that came up, can I reschedule my flight or request a refund?

Yes, you will be given an option to reschedule and if we cannot find a better time that fits your schedule then we will give you a full refund.

Do you offer anything I can take with me after the tour for memories?

Of course! You can purchase a picture package of your party that includes a 4X9 picture of your choice. You may also purchase a CD of all of the pictures taken on the Tour which is our best value. There are also T-shirts available to take home.

Is there a size or weight limit?

All aircraft do have weight restrictions and our helicopters are no exception. The easiest way to look at it is that you must be able to put on a standard size seat belt. At the time of booking you will be asked for your weight.

Can we take pictures?

We highly recommend it! The helicopter is an ideal photo platform for both video and still photography and is highly sought after by media and other professional photographers for this purpose.

Are there other things we should be aware of?

Our Customer Service Representatives will be glad to answer all your questions and make certain you are well informed about your upcoming Orlando Helicopter tour.
