Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, you can come in at anytime during our operating hours with varying wait times or you can call ahead to schedule a tour that day.
- How high will I fly?
Our tours are always flown with a high regard for safety and community awareness. For both reasons, we fly at 1,000 feet above sea level. This helps to keep our noise level down for the local residents, and as a side benefit, provides you, our customers, with a great view.
- Can I schedule a tour online and pay at the time of the flight?
No, unfortunately, the online discounts only apply to pre-payments made online. You may call and schedule your tour at the non-discounted rates and pay at the time of the flight.
- I have an emergency that came up, can I reschedule my flight or request a refund?
Yes, you will be given an option to reschedule and if we cannot find a better time that fits your schedule then we will give you a full refund.
- Do you offer anything I can take with me after the tour for memories?
Of course! You can purchase one of our picture packages of your party. You may also have all of the pictures taken emailed to you which is our best value. There are also T-shirts and other souvenirs available for purchase.
- Is there a minimum age requirement?
No! We love taking all ages from babies to those celebrating their 100th birthday! All are welcome. Children under 2 ride for free.
- Is there a size or weight limit?
All aircraft do have weight restrictions and our helicopters are no exception. If you book your flight on one of our R44, the per seat limit is 300 lbs but the passenger combined weight limit is 600 lbs. If you book you flight with our R66 the per seat limit is 300 lbs and the overall weight limit is 800 lbs.
- Can we take pictures?
Yes, you are more than welcome to take your own pictures while on your tour. We ask that no Selfie Sticks or similar devices be used for safety purposes and that photo taking is done while in the helicopter.
- I plan to propose - Can I bring champagne?
First of all – Congratulations! We wish you nothing but happiness. You can bring champagne to the location (ahead of time if you wish to keep it hidden) but we can not allow it on the helicopters. We do have seating areas for you to partake in celebration festivities after your big question.
